Hannah came to Wallin Insurance in 2021 after more than ten years in the medical field. The career change was a brilliant choice for her professionally.  She is now thriving as a licensed agent, going above and beyond assisting current clients with their insurance needs. “I am committed to helping our clients understand their coverage and ensuring that their policies meet our agency standards. I am proud to be ‘all-in at Wall-in!’”

Wanda is a rising star at Wallin Insurance, after starting in 2017 as an agency assistant; she is now the Personal Lines Manager. Along with the team, they provide service to nearly 5000 clients. “We’re busy, but we love it. Plus, we’re always on your side, ready to help YOU!”

Renée is the pleasant, happy face you see when you enter Wallin Insurance. Renée joined the team in 2022; she directs walk-in clients, handles the mail, answers calls and jumps in on any needed task. “I enjoy hearing the needs of our clients. I love being the helpful person that makes their day!”

Sarah burst onto the Wallin Insurance team in 2021! She’s the marketing dynamo, with a background in Sales and Marketing. Sarah focuses on social media engagement, team building and community connection. “I love anything that involves connecting with our community., along with the creative process of marketing. I am passionate about  finding new ways to highlight Wallin Insurance!.”

Vanessa Porter joined Wallin Insurance in 2023 as much-needed support for the licensed agents. Vanessa does a great deal of excellent customer service work, answering calls and questions from clients, as well as creating quotes for potential clients. “I most enjoy talking to the prospects while gathering the information needed for the agents. I just love people!”



Courtney has been lighting up Wallin Insurance with her positive, helpful attitude since her first day in 2020. Courtney assists clients with their insurance needs. “The best part of my work day is taking the time to help clients understand their insurance. It’s so important … and a great way to get to know my clients!”

Kim joined Wallin Insurance in 2016 overflowing with experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and education. Kim provides potential clients a seamless transition as they become Wallin Insurance clients. She also coordinates the Wallin Insurance marketing efforts and is often networking, creating, and connecting with the community. “I am a social butterfly! I just love meeting people.”



Linda

Senior Consultant

Linda is the agency's most tenured employee. She joined the team in 2003, bringing knowledge, helpfulness, and positivity into the office for more than 20 years. We have encouraged Linda to remain as a Senior Consultant (and not retire just yet!).  She helps support the Personal Lines Team with many special projects.

In 2015, Annie came to Wallin Insurance with decades of top-notch experience, including 15 years in the insurance industry. Annie assists commercial clients with certificate requests, endorsement requests, billing issues, payments, and basic policy issues with top notch service.. “I enjoy meeting and talking with our clients in person and on the phone.”

Marie is often the first person new clients meet on the Commercial Lines Team, which is perfect because she is an expert guide. Since 2019, she has assisted new commercial clients as they transition to Wallin Insurance and navigated first-time business owners through the intricacies of insurance.  “I love helping businesses understand their unique insurance needs and building client relationships.”

Agent, Commercial Lines Manager

Gina arrived at Wallin Insurance on Christmas Eve 2015, and became our Christmas Joy! She is the Commercial Lines Manager.  That leads the team helping new and existing business owners. “Many of our clients have been with us for decades. It’s my job to ensure we’re meeting their business needs with efficiency and positivity. That’s easy on this team!”

Everyone knows Kyle from the dynamic father son team at The Brautigan Agency. When it closed in 2022, Kyle joined the Wallin Insurance family. “Wallin Insurance is active in the community, making a big difference, and I wanted to be part of that.”  With years of experience in the insurance industry, Kyle enjoys educating clients and insurance professionals.

The wonderfully positive and quirky Sharon joined Wallin Insurance in 2018. Sharon is the go-to billing expert in the office.  She provides support to the personal lines team and joyfully interacts with clients. “I love when I can make someone’s day better! A simple smile is often the antidote to someone else’s bad day.”

Quote Specialist

Sydney has worked diligently in a service role -behind the scenes- since 2021. She processes quote requests for new and current clients; shopping multiple carriers to find the best value for their needs. “I enjoy doing the insurance shopping and giving the information to the agents. It is my job to make everyone else’s job easier!”

Walli is the most animated of the Wallin Insurance employees! His role? To spread wisdom! When clients see Walli on social media, on the website, or in the newsletter, they know they’re about to get helpful information. “I know Peter Wallin and I look alike, but we’re not related. We’re just two business people who love insurance.”
